An introduction to programming using the Perl programming language

The aim is to give you an introduction to programming. During this course you will learn to create and run simple Perl scripts. Emphasis will be placed on best practices in programming. In particular emphasis will be placed on developing code that is easy to understand, support and maintain. Concepts will be introduced that are important for larger programming tasks.
