How to empty the Deleted Items in your Email.

It is important to empty the deleted items in your email to free up space on the server.

This is easy to do.

Inside the staff email program go to the tools menu.

Select empty deleted items.

When asked if you are sure select Yes.

You have just saved some space on the email server. Thank you.
