How to setup to edit someone elses calender

If you went to be able to see/edit someone else's calendar, they need to change their outlook to allow you to do this.  They will need to go through the following steps.

Step 1: On the top menu bar click on the go menu item and then select the Folder List Option.  Alternately you can hold down the Ctrl key and press the 6 key.

Step 2: On the right of the screen you should see a list appear.  The list is shown in the green box shown below.  Right click on the Calendar item and then select Change Sharing Permissions.

Step 3: The window below should pop up.  Click on the add button.

Step 4: This window should appear.  Hold down the ctrl key and click on all the people that you want to be able to edit their calendars.  Then click the add button and then click ok.

Step 5: You should then see those people in the list inside the green box below.  Again hold down the Ctrl key and highlight all the people you wish to be able to edit their calendars.  Then you will want to change their permission level status to editor.  This will make you an editor of their calendars.  After you change their permission level the green box should update.  Under the Permission Level heading it should say editor as seen below for Max Ross.  After everybody that you want to be able to edit their calendars has been changed click the ok button and you done.
