Following is a list of instructions on how to use Skype in the VC room as a student.

First go to Other Software on your desktop.

Once you are in Other Software double click on the Skype icon to open it up.

It will say that it is setting up.

After it was finnished setting up a window will pop up asking you to create an account. If you do not already have one then this is the time to do so.

If you already have an account then click cancel.

Now another window asking for a Skype name and password will pop up. Before you put in your info you need to set up the proxy. In the top left corner of the box click tools > Connection Options...

There is a dropdown box that says Automatic proxy detection, click on the arrow next to it and select HTTPS and put the follwing info into the text boxs.

Host: 172.31.232.250
Port: 3128

Select the tick box beside Enable proxy authentication and input your internet username and password.

Click save and now you should be able to enter your Skype name and pass and login
