Reporting Errors of the computer
Step 1: Make sure you can see the whole error.
Step 2: Hit the print screen button in the red box below. Not all keyboards are the same but it should in the area where the green square is. The key will say Print Screen on it. It may have other writing on it as well.
Step 3: Then open an e-mail and address it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it (it is IT Support in the adress book). Next click lower down were you would normally write your e-mail message (green box shown below). Then right-click and choose paste. You see an image show up of the screen and the bug.
Step 4: The error message should now be in the e-mail. You now need to add in as much detail about how the error occurred as you can. Then send the e-mail.
